Join Our Legal Team as a Paralegal – Make a Real Impact!

We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Exeter Legal Team. This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary of £31,000 – £38,000 plus excellent benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Legal Advisers and Legal Manager across a range of legal work.

• Work with our Enforcement Team on regulatory compliance under the Water Industry Act 1991.

• Investigate breaches such as illegal connections, private leaks, and Water Fittings Regulation violations.

• Draft correspondence, prepare legal documents, and assist with case preparation.

• Keep the business updated on key legal and regulatory developments.

• Support post-completion processes including Stamp Duty and Land Registry documentation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Paralegal experience and strong attention to detail.

• GCSEs including Maths and English (Grades A–C).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

• Agile, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
